Stephen Atkins

With a background in high-stakes facilities and stakeholder management, I specialize in calm, structured conversations that move people from stuck to solution. As an independent and impartial mediator, my role is not to take sides or give legal advice, but to guide people toward workable agreements that last.

Based in Queensland, I regularly travel through the Wide Bay–Burnett, Central Queensland, Darling Downs, and North/Western Queensland regions, and also work with clients online across Australia.

With years of experience in conflict resolution, I provide a neutral space where every voice is heard and practical solutions can emerge—whether the issue involves families, workplaces, or wills and estates.

I understand how overwhelming conflict can feel: sleepless nights, tense conversations, and the looming uncertainty of legal action can leave you stuck, stressed, and drained.

I became a mediator because I’ve seen firsthand how unresolved disputes can divide families, damage workplaces, and create unnecessary hardship. My goal is simple: to guide people toward outcomes that are fair, respectful, and sustainable—without the heavy costs and emotional toll of going to court.

Robyn is an experienced legal professional and executive leader with more than three decades of expertise across courts, tribunals, and the wider justice system. She has successfully delivered major organisational and cultural transformation programs within complex political and regulatory environments.

With over 30 years of personal development, Robyn is also a skilled mentor and coach, supporting others in navigating difficult power dynamics and stepping into their own personal sovereignty.

Her broad legal experience includes conducting litigation in various courts and tribunals, often representing vulnerable individuals and those with special needs. Robyn’s career reflects a deep commitment to justice, empowerment, and guiding people through challenging circumstances with integrity and care.
